Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on actual service requirements
• Pricing is subject to change with notice
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Scheduled services may be canceled with 24 hours notice
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
• A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide access to the premises at scheduled times
• Secure sensitive documents and valuables
• Inform us of any special requirements or areas to avoid
• Report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed
• We accept various payment methods as specified on your invoice
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in Utah courts.
